Studio Rentals
Rentals include the main space, client area, private washroom, wifi, guest welcome area, bottled water, and parking.
The space set up will vary from time to time, but will always be an open space to create in. You can move sets depending on your preference as well. If you have a specific requirement such as a bed, please let us know and we can accomodate but will not always have it set up. Please note the rental does not include access to studio lighting, props not in the space or the client closet. You can add these on if you wish to have access.
Studio Features
The Studio features various colours of laminate flooring which lends to an eclectic and textured look in photos. It also features a large window at the front that allows in a ton of natural light which bounces beautifully off of the large white wall. To the rear of the main shooting room, we have a full backdrop system set up with 7 coloured backdrops. Lastly our Black wall is perfect for boudoir, contemporary and moody portraits. Our display area is perfect for anyone who wants to set up their own display of products during their shoot or to use it as a backdrop for branding photos.
The client area features two stations for multiple clients. A built in closet for your client to hang their clothes, and you will have access to a steamer and needle and thread as well as clamps to ensure your clients closthes are perfect druing their shoots. Hand Sanitize is located at each station. In addition to this, our client welcome area is amazing to welcome your clients to their shoot. We will have bottled water set up for you, but feel free to bring in what you need for your client to feel incredible on their shoot day. The client area also has a private washroom for your clients to change in. You can also gain access to the client area through the rear entry. So you will not have to lug all your items around the building.

This space is great for Photographers, Content Creators, Videographers, Bloggers as well as Vloggers. The space is also great for anyone wanting to run a workshop or use it as a meeting space for business. Lastly the space can be used if you are thinking of running a class like Yoga! The possibilities are endless.
